Description : Invitation to Bid for the Construction of New Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) and Stock Rooms for ADMIN Materials at CIP Complex, Cebu Baseport

1. The Cebu Port Authority, through the 2025 CPA Corporate Budget, intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Eight Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-One Pesos and 12/100 (PhP 10,828,851.12) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of New Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) and Stock Rooms for ADMIN Materials at CIP Complex, Cebu Baseport with CPA Project ID No. 2025-07-IN (CO). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Cebu Port Authority now invites bids for the above Procurement Project with the work items given below. Completion of the Works is required within 150 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
