Description : 1. The Municipality of Bindoy, Negros Oriental, through the Municipal Government of Bindoy-s Loan through Land Bank of the Philippines intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Million Pesos (Php 100,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of New Bindoy Waterwork Systems and Improvement of Existing Bindoy Waterworks System (Design and Build). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Bindoy, Negros Oriental now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Seven Hundred Twenty Calendar Days (720 C.D.). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
