1. The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corporation (PSALM), through its Calendar Year (CY) 2025 Corporate Operating Budget (COB) (for the portion of the Contract to be performed in CY 2025) and CY 2026 COB (for the portion of the Contract to be performed in CY 2026), intends to apply the sum of Fifty Million Pesos (PhP50,000,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of New Agus 6 & 7 Hydro Power Plant Complex Office Building, Iligan City, Lanao del Norte, with Project Identification Number: 2025-OMA-PB-COBA6&7-019-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
