Description : 1. The LGU of San Marcelino, Zambales through the Trust Fund-ECCD intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php2,900,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “CONSTRUCTION OF NATIONAL CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER, San Marcelino, Zambales”, Project ID No. Infra-2025-016. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of San Marcelino, Zambales BAC now invites bids for the Contract/project: for the “CONSTRUCTION OF NATIONAL CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER, San Marcelino, Zambales”. Completion of the Works is required for 75 Calendar Days.

3. Bidders should have completed, within Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents particularly, in Section II, instruction to Bidders.

4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwis...
