CONSTRUCTION OF MUNICIPAL ROAD - PUROK 1/GUMANG, COTA NA DACO, GUBAT, SORSOGON

1) The Local Government Unit of Gubat, through its 20% Municipal Development Fund 2025, intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-Five & 76/100 Pesos (₱1,245,375.76), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF MUNICIPAL ROAD - PUROK 1/ GUMANG, COTA NA DACO, GUBAT, SORSOGON, with reference no. PR5408. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Local Government Unit of Gubat now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF MUNICIPAL ROAD - PUROK 1/GUMANG, COTA NA DACO, GUBAT, SORSOGON, with reference no. PR5408. Completion of the Works is required within 75 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
