The Local Government Unit of San Julian, through the CY 2025 20% EDF Municipal Outlay,
intends to apply the sum of Five Million Four Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand Eight Hundred
Twenty-Five Pesos & 99/100 Centavos only (Php 5,497,825.99) being the Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Municipal Motor Pool Building
(Phase 2) @ Brgy. 04 Poblacion, San Julian, Eastern Samar. (Project Reference No. SJ-2025-008-
INFRA). Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
