1. The Municipality of Basilisa, through the 20% MDF 2016, 2020 & 2021 intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Three Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Four Pesos and Eighty-Three Centavos (9,388,704.83) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF MUNICIPAL GREEN CULTURAL PARKS, PLAYGROUND AND MULTI-PURPOSE PAVEMENT located at Brgy. Ferdinand, Basilisa, Dinagat Islands. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
