1. The Barangay Bangbang, Pinamalayan Oriental Mindoro, through the 20% Barangay Development Fund insteds to apply the sum of One hundred fifty one thousand one hundred forty three pesos only. (Php 151,143.00) being Approved Budget for the for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract “ CONSTRUCTION OF MULTIPURPOSE HALL” at Brgy. Bangbang, Pinamalayan Oriental Mindoro. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.
