1. The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro, through the 20% DF/AB CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Two Hundred Twenty Four Thousand Seven Hundred Seventeen (Php5,224,717.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING AT CABUYOAN, MABINI [Construction of 150sq.m. Function Hall with Kitchen & CR] - 20% DF/AB CY 2025 with Purchase Request No. 25-4285 under Civil Works No. CW25-048. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
