1. The BARANGAY KABULUAN STA ELENA CAMARINES NORTE throught the BARANGAY Fund 2024 , intends to apply the sum of FIFTY SEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FORTY PESOS (Php. 57,640.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.

2. The BARANGAY KABULUAN STA ELENA CAMARINES NORTE, now invites bids FOR CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE PAVEMENT TO BE DELIVERED AT THE BARANGAY KABULUAN STA ELENA CAMARINES NORTE Delivery of the Goods is required WITHIN 30 CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed, within 30 CD from the date of submission and receipt of Bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
