The Provincial Government of Laguna, with the corresponding budget for the contract approved by the Honorable Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Laguna for the procurement year 2025 intends to apply the above-cited sum(s), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to cover payments under the above-cited contracts. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Provincial Government of Laguna now invites bids for the above-cited Works to be procured.
