INVITATION TO BID CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI PURPOSE HALL PHASE II (ROOFTOP OF MUNICIPAL BUILDING)
1. The Municipality of Linapacan, through the 20% MDF 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php2,500,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Construction of Multi Purpose Hall Phase II (Rooftop of Municipal Building). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Linapacan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 150 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
