INFRA - B - 059. Construction of Multi-Purpose Hall at Brgy. Catmon, San Juan, Batangas
1) The Provincial Government of Batangas, through the General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Six Million Six Hundred Thirty Thousand One Hundred Seventy Pesos and 50/100 (₱6,630,170.50), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for Construction of Multi-Purpose Hall at Brgy. Catmon, San Juan, Batangas
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Batangas now invites bids for the above infrastructure project. Completion of the Works required is One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instruction to Bidders (ITB).
