  1. The City Government of San Fernando, La Union, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Eighteen Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Four Pesos and Twenty Eight Centavos (P1,918,434.28) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Multi-Purpose Hall at Barangay Pacpaco (Project Identification Number PB-25-019). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The City Government of San Fernando, La Union now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Thirteen (113) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
