1. The Provincial Government of Kalinga through the AIP Code 9000-940-1-01-018-001-39 intends to apply the sum of
FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY-NINE PESOS AND THREE CENTAVOS
491,569.03 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the
CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE GYM/EVACUATION CENTER (PHASE II) Bids received in excess of the ABC
shall automatically rejected at bid opening.
