1. The Provincial Government of Kalinga through the AIP Code 9000-940-1-01-018-001-49 intends to apply the sum of
FOUR HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FORTY-THREE PESOS AND TWENTY-TWO CENTAVOS
490,343.22 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the
CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE GYM / EVACUATION CENTER Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically rejected at bid opening.
