“Construction of Multi-Purpose Drying Pavements (MPDP) for Farmers Cooperative/Associations and Barangay Councils”

1. The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro (PGOM), through the FY 2026 20% Development Fund (1st Quarter), intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-Eight Pesos and 90/100 (P4,999,968.90) being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Construction of Multi-Purpose Drying Pavements (MPDP) for Farmers Cooperative/Associations and Barangay Councils” (Ref. No. 332-2025). The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the corresponding appropriations for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
