  Description : The Provincial Government of Antique, through the SP Resolution No. 677-2024, 20%
  NTA to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Seventy Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Eight
  Pesos and Eighty Seven Centavos (Php 970, 768.87) being the Approved Budget for
  the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Multi-Purpose
  Center Phase 3, La Rioja Elementary School, La Rioja, Patnongon, Antique. Bids
  received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
