CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING W/ PERIMETER FENCE AT SUWA-TRINIDAD, BRGY. DSB

1) The Municipality of Pontevedra, Negros Occidental, through the 2025 Supplemental Budget intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Eighteen Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty Five Pesos and 36/100 (₱ 1,318,935.36) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Multi-Purpose Building w/ Perimeter Fence at Suwa-Trinidad, Brgy. DSB. Bids received in excess of the BAC shall be automatically rejected bid opening.

2) The Municipality of Pontevedra now invites bids for the Construction of Multi-Purpose Building w/ Perimeter Fence at Suwa-Trinidad, Brgy. DSB using the non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion. Delivery of the civil works is required 105 working days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
