The Sangguniang Barangay of Talon Kuatro, Las Pinas City, through the Bids and Awards Committee of the Barangay Council will accept sealed bids from the parties interested for the :
1. Construction of Multi-Purpose Building (Phase 4), Sampaguita St., Cor. Rosas St. Brgy. Talon IV, Las Piñas City

Interested parties are requested to submit their sealed bids on or before March 14, 2025 at 3:00 pm at Brgy. Hall Conference Room, Brgy. Talon Kuatro, Las Pinas City.
The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all bids, disqualify any bidder or to accept bids as maybe considered most advantageous to the Barangay. Its
decision shall be final and binding.

Bidders must post 5% bidders bond in each and or managers check or in cash.
