1. Barangay San Buenaventura, Luisiana, Laguna intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Forty-Thousand Pesos Only (Php 840,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Construction of Multi-Purpose Building (Phase 2) beside Basketball Court at Barangay San Buenaventura, Luisiana, Laguna. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening;

2. Barangay San Buenaventura, Luisiana, Laguna now invites bidders for the Construction of Multi-Purpose Building (Phase 2) beside Basketball Court at Barangay San Buenaventura, Luisiana, Laguna. Execution and implementation of the project shall commence within 10 days after the Notice to Proceed had been received and signed by the Winning Bidder. Performance Bond must be submitted by the Bidder, within 7 days from the date of receipt of Notice of Award.
