The Municipality of Guinayangan, Quezon through the 20% MDF intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Three Pesos & 08 centavos (P 2,199,993.08) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Multi-purpose Building in Gapas Elementary School. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.
