  Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING WITH DECK IN BARANGAY TAÑONG, MALABON CITY (RE-BIDDING)
  
  1) The City Government of Malabon, through the Capital Outlay - Buildings as appropriated under the Continuing Appropriations for B.Y. 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED AND EIGHTY MILLION PESOS (PhP280,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING WITH DECK IN BARANGAY TAÑONG, MALABON CITY (RE-BIDDING). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2) The City Government of Malabon now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING WITH DECK IN BARANGAY TAÑONG, MALABON CITY (RE-BIDDING) with competitive bidding as a mode of procurement using the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB) as an award criterion.
