1) The LGU GIPORLOS, Eastern Samar, through the LGSF-FALGU Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (Php3,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Multi-Purpose Building (Child Development Center) in Barangay Pres. Roxas, Giporlos under Contract No. INFRA 2025-11-011. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
