SECTION I. INVITATION TO BID

CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING BRGY. SAN PIOQUINTO MALVAR, BATANGAS

1. The Municipality of Malvar through the Office of the Municipal Mayor Supplemental Budget No. 06 2024 Continuing Appropriation of 2024) intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Five Hundred Fifty Thousand and Sixty Pesos (P 9,550,060.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING BRGY. SAN PIOQUINTO MALVAR, BATANGAS with Solicitation Number I-052025-010080. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Malvar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 240 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
