Construction of Multi- Purpose Building, Barangay Macatoc, Victoria, Oriental Mindoro
1.The Barangay Government of Macatoc, through the LGSF-FA FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety Seven Thousand and Seven Hundred Pesos and Sixty Six Centavos (Php. 4,997,700.66) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Multi- Purpose Building of Barangay Macatoc, Victoria, Oriental Mindoro. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Barangay Government of Macatoc, thru its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Eighty(180) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed at least one contract that is similar to the Project to be bid and whose value must be at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC.
