CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING
1. The Barangay government of Binicalan, San Luis, Agusan del Sur, reserve the amount of Eight Hundred Thousand pesos (P 800,000.00) From The Barangay Development Fund (20% BDF 2025) of Barangay Binicalan intended for the procurement of Construction of Multi-Purpose Building.
2. The Barangay Binicalan now invites bids for the “Construction of Multi-Purpose Building”. Supply and Delivery of Hardware Materials will be completed within fifteen (15) days.
3. The documents required in the Eligibility Documents shall be submitted as part of the Technical Documents of the Bidders as provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) OF Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
