INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

November 19,2025

1. The Barangay of San Roque, 20% Development Fund expenditure of CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two hundred fifty two thousand two hundred seventy five (PhP.252,275.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments of Materials for Construction of Multipurpose building at Sitio Bar-aw, Barangay San Roque. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Bidding is open to all Bidders with the following qualification:
(a)are Licensed Materials supplier of such amount.
(b)have been in the business within the past 10 years, as supplier with related projects valued at PhP.200,000.00
2. The Sangguniang Barangay of San Roque, Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro invites sealed bids from bidders with the above qualifications for the Supply and delivery of materials for the Improvement of Water system:
