  1. The Local Government of Bolinao through the 20% DF CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Six Hundred Twenty-One Thousand Pesos (Php 3,621,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for INFRA-2025-003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The Local Government of Bolinao now invites bids for Construction of Motor Pool in Brgy. Liwa-Liwa. Completion of the Works is required one hundred fifty (150) days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II Instruction to Bidders.
