1) The Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (CEZA), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) of 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty-Eight Million Eight Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Four Pesos and Seventy-Four Centavos (₱158,824,194.74) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Invitation to Bid for the Construction of Mixed Use/ Commercial Building (BPO and Commercial Center Building)- Building 2- Second Attempt. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The CEZA Bids and Awards Committee (CEZA BAC) now invites bids for the above-stated Infrastructure Project to be constructed in Sta. Ana, Cagayan.
