1. The Provincial Government of Northern Samar, through the SP Ordinance No. 41 series of 2024, dated December 20, 2024 (GF/ Other SPA) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Eight Hundred Twenty-six Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-seven Pesos and 64/100 Only (Php4,826,877.64) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for NS-01-21-25-08 Construction of Military Reservist Building, Brgy. Dalakit, Catarman Northern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Northern Samar now invites bids for the Construction of Military Reservist Building Brgy. Dalakit, Catarman Northern Samar.
