Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF MID-RISE HOUSING PROJECT AT SISA EXT., BRGY. TINAJEROS, CITY OF MALABON

1) The City Government of Malabon, through the Capital Outlay - Other Structures - 2025 Supplemental Budget (SB) pursuant to SB - 14-2024 / SB-17-2024 dated October 5, 2024, and October 16, 2024 intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED THIRTY MILLION PESOS (PhP330,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF MID-RISE HOUSING PROJECT AT SISA EXT., BRGY. TINAJEROS, CITY OF MALABON. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Malabon now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF MID-RISE HOUSING PROJECT AT SISA EXT., BRGY. TINAJEROS, CITY OF MALABON with competitive bidding as a mode of procurement using the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB) as an award criterion.
