Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF MATERIAL RECOVERY FACILITY (PHASE 2): ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL & ARCHITECTURAL WORKS AT ALABANG CENTRAL MARKET
1. The City Government of Muntinlupa, through the duly approved 2025 Executive Budget intends to apply the sum of Five Million Two Hundred Seventy Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety Three Pesos & 70/100 (P5,278,793.70) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Material Recovery Facility (Phase 2): Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical & Architectural Works at Alabang Central Market. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Muntinlupa now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Ninety (90) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
