Description : The BLGU- Sion, through the General Funds intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Sixty-Three Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Nine Pesos and Eighty-One Centavos Only (Php363,439.81) being the ABC to payments under the contract for ONSTRUCTION OF MATERIAL RECOVERY FACILITY IN BRGY. SION KAPUTIAN DISTRICT under PR#2025-020 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The BLGU- Sion through the General Funds intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Sixty-Three Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Nine Pesos and Eighty-One Centavos Only (Php363,439.81) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The BLGU- Sion now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the work is required by 40 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
