Construction of Masonry Wall Perimeter Fence in NMACLRC, Dalwangan, Bukidnon
ABC: Php 3,000,000.00

1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office 10, through the Livestock Program intends to apply the total amount of Three Million Pesos Only (Php3,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the projects stated above.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office 10, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Eighty-Seven (87) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed within five (5) years a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding
Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
