Description : In view of the two-failed biddings, The Davao del Norte State College, through the Internally Generated Income intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Fifty-Eight Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Five Pesos and 16/100 Only (Php 2,558,275.16) Construction of Marine Reserve Park at Adecor, Igacos, Davao Del Norte, ITB-2025-03 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Marine Reserve Park at Adecor, Igacos, Davao Del Norte, ITB-2025-03. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
