  LOCATED AT LTMH COMPOUND, KAYAPA, NUEVA VIZCAYA
  
  1) The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the PAA No. 2024-01-2025 Annual Budget - Other Special Purpose Appropriation (Excise Tax) intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Seven Hundred Sixty Thousand Two Hundred Nine Pesos and Ninety One Centavos (₱9,760,209.91) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of LTMH Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) located at LTMH Compound, Kayapa, Nueva Vizcaya. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
