1. The Local Government of Magang, through the General Appropriation Act intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Two Pesos (Php 200, 382.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under contract Procurement of Hardware Materials for the Construction of Local Roads, Purok 3 Resettlement, Barangay Magang, Daet, Camarines Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.

2. The Local Government of Magang now invites bids for Procurement of Hardware Materials for the Construction of Local Roads, Purok 3 Resettlement, Barangay Magang, Daet, Camarines Norte. Delivery of the Goods is required to be completed within Thirty (30) days from receipt of Notice to Proceed Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
