Description : Invitation to Bid for Construction of LNTC Greenhouse Type Nursery

The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of seventy thousand pesos (Php 70,000.00) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of LNTC Greenhouse Type Nursery. Bids received in excess of each item of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves now invites bids for Construction Materials and Supplies to be used for the Construction of LNTC Greenhouse Type Nursery (Other Structure).Delivery of the Goods is required for 10 calendar days.

Bidding will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement -Small Value Procurement (Sec. 53.9) as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
