Project Identification Number-2025-02-2018

1. The City Government of Lipa, through SEF Budget 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thirty Million Pesos only (P330,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF LIPA CITY SPORTS STADIUM AT GOVERNMENT COMPLEX,BRGY. TALISAY,LIPA CITY (PHASE 1), with Project Identification Number-2025-02-2018.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Lipa now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Three Hundred Sixty-Five (365) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.

Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
