The BLGU - MAHAYAHAY, San Jose, Dinagat Islands, through the BDF CONTINUING intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 100,000.00) ONLY the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF LINE CANAL (PUROK 3). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
