The Municipality of Valencia, through the Assistance to Government Agencies (Culture and Arts) App. Ord No. 6 series of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P 500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of LGU Agri Booth Fair with POW No. 25-09-0673. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
