Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF LEVEL II POTABLE WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM

1) The Local Government Unit of Paluan, through the Trust LGSF intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Fifty Four Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Pesos and 23/100 (Php1,254,480.23) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Level II Potable Water Supply System with ID No. 04 - 26. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Local Government Unit of Paluan now invites bids for Construction of Level II Potable Water Supply System. Completion of the Works is required 53 CD. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II Instruction to Bidders. (ITB).
