1. The Municipal Government of La Trinidad, through the 20% Municipal Development Fund (MDF) 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Six and 51/100 Pesos (Php1,999,996.51) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Leachate Treatment System for the Composting Facility (Additional) (POW-8751-2025-ALN-06). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of La Trinidad, Benguet now invites bids for the project:
