Description : 1. The Ministry of Transportation and Communications, through the General
Appropriations Act of the Bangsamoro 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-
Four Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 24,500,000.00) being the
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for public
bidding no 25IGAAB0004. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically
rejected at bid opening.
2. 3. 4. 5. 6. The Ministry of Transportation and Communications now invites bids for the above
Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Seventy
(270) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents,
particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-
discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules
and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
