1) The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the 2025 Special Appropriations-Excise Tax intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Seven Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Two Hundred Ninety Nine Pesos and Nine Centavos (₱9,795,299.09) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of KMH Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) located at KMH Compound, Kasibu, Nueva Vizcaya. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
