Description : 1. The Bureau of Quarantine, through the General Appropriations Act 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Two Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand Five Humdred Seventeen & 10/100 (Php 8,297,517.10) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Kalibo Quarantine Station Phase 4 under PB-2025-09. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Bureau of Quarantine now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Ten (210) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
