1. The Local Government Unit of Juban in the amount of Two Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP2,800,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the FURNISHING & DELIVERY OF LABOR, EQUIPMENTS AND MATERIALS for the CONSTRUCTION OF JUBAN TRAINING CENTER EXPANSION BLDG at Brgy Catanagan, Juban, Sorsogon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Juban now invites bids for the FURNISHING & DELIVERY OF LABOR, EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS for the CONSTRUCTION OF JUBAN TRAINING CENTER EXPANSION BLDG at Brgy Catanagan, Juban, Sorsogon. Delivery of the labor, materials & equipment is required within 120 calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
