Description : INVITATION TO BID

The Sulu Provincial Government, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to apply the sum of the One Hundred Ninety-Nine Million Nine Hundred Eighty-Thousand Seven Hundred Fifteen Pesos and Eighty-Five Centavos (₱199,980,715.85) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Construction of Jolo Textile Commercial Building, Phase I, Jolo, Sulu. Bid received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

1. The Sulu Provincial Government through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF JOLO TEXTILE COMMERCIAL BUILDING, PHASE I, JOLO, SULU. Completion of the Works is required for the period of Three Hundred Fifty-Nine (359) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to this Project, equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC.
