CONTRACT NO. PB25-CW-05-MRIS-SPIP-P1
1. The National Irrigation Administration-Cotabato Irrigation Management Office, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP), General Appropriations Act (GAA)—2025) intends to apply the sum of Forty-Five Million Five Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-One Pesos & 64/100 (PhP 45,545,861.64) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Irrigation Facilities for Maridagao RIS Solar-Powered Irrigation Project-Package 1 with contract No. PB25-CW-05-MRIS-SPIP-P1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
